In 2016, my husband Jason and I first opened our home and our hearts to children in the foster care system. This experience reshaped my life and my work. I began using my skills as a marketer and communications professional to help nonprofits and government agencies recruit more foster parents. This work quickly became a calling and to date, my team at Daley Solutions and I have helped more than 10,000 families explore a foster parent journey.

Organizations need caregivers with various experiences and skillsets because every child is unique and the challenges they have face may require different approaches. A one-size-fits-all approach to recruiting foster parents, simply won’t work. The Daley Solutions team has pioneered the use of data analytics and micro-targeted online advertising to find foster homes for youth facing difficult challenges. From sibling sets to medically-fragile youth, those who have experienced unthinkable abuse or exploitation to those on probation or with a history of behavioral challenges, we have found capable and supportive caregivers.

With the generous support of the Aviv Foundation, my team and I built TheFosterParent.com as a national platform to scale my vision — and bring our work to every community in the country. Now, we can offer our high-impact, cost-efficient micro-targeted foster parent recruitment services to agencies of all sizes in any city or town in America.
